Deliveries:

• We will always try to deliver within 3-5 working days upon order phone confirmation by us unless otherwise stated.
• Should there be due to any unforeseen circumstances to cause any changes in delivery dates or time, please inform us at least 2 days before deliveries to allow us time to react.
• We will try our best to accommodate your request of time of delivery. Our delivery team starts the day’s work from 9.30am onwards, till night. We take pride in the fact we will try to deliver even after office hours in order to accommodate your busy schedule. However we might not be able to meet everyone’s request, in order to get your desired delivery timing, please order well in advance.
• With the current car population, there’s still congestions despite paying the ERPs, it is beyond our control if the delivery takes longer than expected.
• We reserve the right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances. (No one like surprises, but life is pretty unpredictable )
• Free delivery applies to all items except for certain locations as listed below (Annex A), or items listed as promotional items whereby promotional prices only applies if certain terms and conditions are met.

Multiple Deliveries:

Most products are being delivered by our delivery team but for some products, they might need special handling skills from factory or for better efficiency purpose, there will be more than two (2) deliveries. You will be informed in advance in cases of multiple deliveries and timing. Please do not hesitate to contact our office for enquiries.

Surcharges:

For carrying up staircase:

Chargeable @ $10/level/item

Example: a bed and a mattress to be carried up to level 3

= $10 x 3 level x 2 item = $60
