Our delivery team works to complete all deliveries within a window of 3-5 working days from the moment we confirm your order over the phone unless we’ve informed you otherwise. Should there be any unforeseen changes affecting the scheduled delivery, we appreciate being notified at least two days beforehand to facilitate the necessary adjustments.

We deliver from 9.30 am well into the evening each day, working diligently to align with your availability, even outside standard business hours. To ensure you receive your delivery at the time most convenient for you, we recommend placing your order with ample lead time.

Please be aware that despite our best efforts to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, may sometimes lead to delays. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify delivery schedules as needed due to unexpected circumstances.

Payment Options

FurnitureSG provides a wide range of payment options to ensure convenience for our customers. When buying a super single bed from our online store, we offer several payment methods for your convenience:

• Bank Transfer: For those who favour electronic payments, we welcome bank transfers to our DBS Current Account (014-903525-1), with payments payable to FurnitureSG Pte Ltd.

Cancellation Policy and Warranty

FurnitureSG offers a return policy for all non-customised and non-clearance items within 7 days of purchase. However, the items must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale with the original packaging intact. The decision to accept returns rests solely with FurnitureSG, and we reserve the right to reject returns if the items are deemed unfit for return. 

Moreover, a restocking fee of S$50 applies to most returns, but larger items, like bedroom sets, have a fee of S$100. Should a refund for your super single bed be necessary for orders paid by cash on delivery or cheque, it will be issued in the form of a cheque upon the collection of the returned item. Also, due to hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding accessories like blankets, quilts, and bedsheets that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

On the other hand, we provide a minimum of 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding damages from misuse or wear and tear. There is no warranty coverage for items installed by customers or for clearance items. Mattress warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms, varying from 1 to 20 years. These warranties typically cover physical defects such as excessive sagging beyond 38mm but do not cover damage due to inadequate support from unsuitable bed frames or bases. The base used must be flat, solid, and capable of supporting both the mattress and its users. Inferior foundations, such as slatted bases with wide gaps, can cause damage to the mattress’s internal components and void the warranty.
